These Terms govern the use of Moodel (moodel.co) by all users. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by them.

Moodel is a SaaS platform that lets freelance and agency models create and manage a digital portfolio. Core features:

The User warrants that all information provided at signup is accurate and current. Safeguarding account credentials (including the password) is the User's responsibility.
Users under 18: may only register with explicit consent of a legal guardian. Accounts found to be in breach will be closed immediately.
Multiple accounts for the same person, false identities, or creating a profile on behalf of someone else without authorization are prohibited.

For every piece of content uploaded, the User represents and warrants that they:
Moodel reserves the right to remove infringing content and suspend the related account without prior notice.

The User retains copyright in uploaded content. The User grants Moodel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, limited to the operation of the platform (image optimization, thumbnail generation, CDN delivery, etc.).
On account closure, this license terminates and content is deleted within 30 days, subject to mandatory retention obligations.

Moodel offers a free starter plan and paid plans. Current pricing is published at /en/pricing.

Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content subscriptions once the service has begun to be performed. Because access is activated upon purchase, the right of withdrawal is not preserved. If you are unhappy with the service, please contact us.

The User may close the account at any time through the dashboard. Moodel may suspend or terminate the account without notice in case of breach.
On closure, content is deleted within 30 days. Information that must be retained by law (invoices, contracts) is kept for the period required by applicable regulation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moodel disclaims warranties and limits its liability. No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. In any case, total liability is capped at the fees the User paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of [City] Courts and Enforcement Offices. For consumer disputes, the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

Moodel may update these Terms unilaterally. Material changes will be notified by email. Continuing to use the platform after publication of new Terms constitutes acceptance.
